Multi-Criteria Vacation Planner

The AWO Multi-criteria Vacation Planner manages the agent-vacation assignment process. Agents accrue vacation time based on the vacation profiles assigned to them.

Vacation planning periods are announced to agents so they may enter their preferences using the AWO Agent Workstation. Management enters criteria including seniority, performance score, adherence, and others to award vacation periods. The AWO Vacation Planner uses the new generation multi-criteria optimization technology to maximize fairness for all agents.
